Gary Giordano the Prime suspect in disappearance of Aruba vacation girl Robyn is arrested after 'having sex in parking garage in broad daylight'

Gary Giordano, the main suspect in the disappearance of Robyn Gardner in Aruba, has been arrested for indecent exposure, according to police.

The 51-year-old was charged on May 18 after police caught him in the middle of 'sexual activity' in a public parking garage at 5.45pm.

The divorced father-of-three, from Gaithersburg, is due to appear in court on August 10 - a week after the one-year anniversary of Miss Gardner's disappearance on August 2.

According to a police report obtained by RadarOnline, Giordano and Carol Ann Bock, 45, were caught in the back of a black Cadillac SUV.

After receiving complaints from members of the public, officers arrived to find the pair naked in the back of the vehicle on a mattress.

A second blanket had been draped over the window in 'an attempt to conceal their activity' according to a police report. Read More
