Janitors suspended after 4 boys found 'bound and gagged in elementary school bathroom'

Ten-year-old boys were allegedly tied up and gagged by two janitors at their elementary school, according to authorities.

The maintenance workers have been suspended after tying up the four children with 'caution' tape last Thursday at Gregory Elementary School in Long Branch, New Jersey.

The names of the employees have not been released by school authorities and the children involved were not identified.

Michael Salvatore, superintendent of schools, told local news site The Link: 'After the reports and the review of our security cameras revealed the possibility that the incident took place, parents were notified, as well as, the proper authorities.'

Police were investigating but so far no charges had been filed. There was no evidence of sexual abuse but it was reported that the staff members had filmed the incident on their mobile phones, according to Fox News. Read More
