Black Sea freezes in Romania’s Constanta harbor




The Black Sea has frozen for up to 400 meters from the shore in Constanta harbor, Romania, which is currently under a Code Yellow for blizzards and Code Orange for low temperatures. The layer of ice has around 40 cm. This happens every couple of years in Romania, when temperatures stay below minus 10 °C for several days in a row. Source
