5.8 Magnitude Earthquake NEAR THE EAST COAST OF HONSHU, JAPAN - 25th July 2011

A magnitude 5.0 earthquake has struck near the East Coast of Honshu, Japan at a depth of 29 km ( 18 miles), the quake hit at 11:54:51 UTC Monday 25th July 2011.
The epicenter was 121 km (76 miles) ESE of Tokyo, Honshu, Japan
No Tsunami alert Issued - No damage or injuries reported at this time

UPDATE: This Earthquake has been Upgraded to a 5.2 Magnitude at is shallower than first recorded - Depth 19.1 km (11.9 Miles)

UPDATE: According to the Japanese Seismic Monitor Network this earthquake was registered 5.8 Magnitude with a depth of just 10 km ... Why does USGS register these quakes lower than the local seismic readings?
