Aubrey Alta Anderson who abused twins in her Care and broke baby's legs gets PROBATION - despite being accused of similar crimes in Belgium

A former Utah nanny accused of breaking the ankles of a baby she was caring for has been sentenced to five years of probation.
The Summit County Attorney's Office says Aubrey Alta Anderson, 32, will get credit for nearly a year she spent in jail in the case.

Anderson came under scrutiny last February when doctors at Primary Children's Medical Center found breaks in the legs of a baby she cared for at night.

The child's parents had also reported unusual bruising on the face and arms of the child's twin sister.

Detectives say they focused on Anderson when they realized she was wanted in Belgium on similar charges.
