Violence surges on Israel-Gaza frontier

JERUSALEM - Palestinians fired dozens of rockets into Israel from Gaza and an Israeli air strike killed a militant in a surge of violence after the Emir of Qatar embraced the enclave's Hamas leadership with a visit.
