Karina Menzies dies after 'hit-and-run' white van driver 'mows down' TWELVE people in just 30 minutes

A driver of a white van allegedly smashed into vehicles on at least five different roads as he tried to escape from the scene of an accident in Leckwith, Cardiff. The victims were injured within a three-mile radius before police stopped the van. There were then soon reports of hit-and-run collisions in several locations in the west of the city, including Grand Avenue, Cowbridge Road West and the Leckwith Retail Park.
