Gilberto Valle conspired with an unnamed partner in 'Kidnap And Cannibal Plot'

"The allegations in the complaint really need no description from us,” FBI acting assistant director Mary Galligan said. “They speak for themselves".

The FBI first learned of Valle's plan last month when he discussed it on emails and instant messages from his home computer, according to police documents.

A search of his computer allegedly revealed files kept on at least 100 women, all including their names and pictures, and often containing personal details such as their addresses.

Valle is believed to have used law enforcement databases to gather his list of potential victims.
