Brown And Drake Face $16m Bar Brawl Lawsuit

Singer Chris Brown and rapper Drake are being sued for $16m (£10.2m) over a bottle-throwing brawl in a Manhattan nightclub.

Owners of the Greenhouse club's trademark, Entertainment Enterprises Ltd, claim Brown and Drake are to blame for the clash at the venue which was "in circumvention of the venue's extensive security measures".

The lawsuit alleges the artists failed to stop the June 14 confrontation and says it damaged the chic Manhattan nightspot's name.

The owners of Greenhouse itself are not involved in the lawsuit and declined to comment.

No criminal charges have been made over the fight, which left Brown, NBA star Tony Parker and others injured. But Parker has filed a lawsuit against the owners of the Soho club for $20m (£12.8m). Read More
