Pennsylvania Attack: Thugs drag disabled man from his wheelchair and beat him up in his own home in drug-fueled raid planned by victim's cousin

This shocking video shows the moment two thugs broke into the home of a wheelchair-bound man, beat him up and robbed him.

Surveillance camera footage shows the pair entering the Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, apartment and pulling 37-year-old, who suffers from muscular dystrophy, from his chair.
