Incredible 'tornado' which hit Oregon was a burning twister full of SMOLDERING ASH

It looks just like a tornado but this particular vortex also boasted burning embers swirling within it.

Indeed the twister, which struck Oregon on Saturday afternoon, was initially wrongly identified as a tornado.

It was later established to be a fire whirl, where a rotating column of air also features flames or embers. Some fire whirls can be a pure vortex of flames.
