Jo Anne Bain's Body 'found alongside one of her children'... but where are the other two daughters?

A desperate hunt for a mother and her three children missing since last month has led to a grim discovery, as two bodies were found buried at a Mississippi home.

The bodies have not yet been positively identified, but police indicated on Sunday that they believe one to be Tennessee mom Jo Anne Bain, 31, who disappeared along with her daughters, Adrienne, 14, Alexandria, 12, and Kyliyah, 8.

MyFoxDFW reported that the remains were found Friday at a home linked to the prime suspect in the family's disappearance, Adam Christopher Mayes.

Union County Sheriff Jimmy Edwards told the Fox network that the bodies had been buried at the location for at least several days.

Authorities said the evidence collected so far points to the fact that the family is in peril.

'The fact that these two bodies were found at this location led the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation to issue Amber Alerts that stated that we believe that the children and the mother were in extreme danger,' Joel Siskovic, a spokesman for the FBI in Memphis told ABC. Read More
