There has been international condemnation of North Korea's long-range rocket launch, as Pyongyang admits the mission failed to put a weather satellite into orbit.
Britain's Foreign Secretary William Hague condemned the launch and said North Korea's ambassador in the UK would be summoned to the Foreign Office.
The launch programme has drawn international criticism due to concerns it could further the reclusive state's ability to deliver a nuclear warhead.
Mr Hague said: "(North Korea) can expect a strong response from the international community if it continues to develop its missile and nuclear capabilities. Read More
