LOS ANGELES (CBS) — The California State Supreme Court has ruled school districts must be responsible to reduce the risk of children being molested by staff members. Otherwise, they may face civil lawsuits.The ruling allows districts and school administrators to be sued if it is demonstrated they were negligent in employing staff or faculty.
