Afghanistan's president has accused America of failing to co-operate in the wake of a massacre of 16 Afghans allegedly by an US soldier.
Hamid Karzai said he was at "the end of the rope" over the shooting dead of civilians killed on Sunday in southern Afghanistan.
In a meeting with members of bereaved families, Mr Karzai said a delegation sent to the scene did not receive adequate co-operation from US officials.
During the meeting, the relatives of the dead insisted there must have been more than one shooter and argued they did not receive all the information they asked for from Americans.
Previously, Afghan officials had said there was surveillance video that was kept from them by US forces. Read More
