San Francisco cops caught on video beating suspect raise questions about alleged police brutality

A video that shows San Francisco police kicking and punching a man into submission after he threatened to draw a gun is being investigated for alleged use of excessive force.

Police responded to reports the 49-year-old suspect violently attacked two people in a South of Market-area apartment building on Tuesday night.
