Atlanta Gay Beating: Police investigate hate crime attack after street gang videotapes gruesome anti-gay beating

Police are investigating a video showing a man being ambushed and brutally beaten allegedly because he was gay.


Members of a violent Atlanta street gang filmed themselves punching and kicking a man after claiming that 'f******' were not allowed in their neighbourhood.

The 30-second clip was posted today on the Worldstar Hip Hop website.

According to The Smoking Gun, it was shot outside a grocery in Atlanta's Pittsburgh suburb, a popular meeting spot for members of the notorious 'Jack City Gang.'

Detectives from Atlanta's gang and hate crimes units were seeking the assailants after viewing the video. Read More
