A disgruntled employee killed three of his co-workers and injured another before critically wounding himself in a bloody shooting spree this morning. The man, identified by staff as Ronald Davis, 50, allegedly opened fired with a shotgun and specifically targeted the workers at a lumberyard in North Carolina at around 6am.
Police arrived at McBride Lumber Company in Montgomery County to find four men had been shot - three were dead and the fourth was airlifted to hospital in a critical condition.
The suspect fled the scene but was identified by co-workers at the firm which allowed deputies to track him back to his house, WFMY-TV reported.
Montgomery County Sheriff Dempsey Owens told WXII 12 that the suspect was found on the couch in his house suffering from what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Read More
