Pakistani woman 'targeted in Walmart and shocked with a stun gun by strange woman'


A woman may have been targeted for a hate crime while shopping in a Florida Walmart on New Year’s Day.

The 62-year-old mother of two, who is Pakistani and was wearing a traditional Middle Eastern tunic - called a shalwaar kameez – said she ‘felt a jolt’ in her back while walking down one of the store’s aisles.

She then called her two daughters, who hurried to the store. They told the Tampa police that they found two small marks on their mother’s back, comparable to marks a stun gun makes. Read More
