European Finance Ministers agreed to a 100 Billion Euro Deal to recapitalise Banks, No real big shock here, it is nearing Christmas and the bankers need their bonuses.Do you not find it strange that after all these months of talks they can't solve the debt crisis in Europe, but the minute the banks need a bailout they can make a deal in hours.
