A magnitude 4.7 earthquake has struck Kyushu, Japan at a depth of 4.2 km (2.6 miles), the quake hit at 14:33:26 UTC Wednesday 5th October 2011.The epicenter was 12 km ( 7 miles) Northeast of Kumamoto, Kyushu, Japan
