A magnitude 4.6 earthquake has struck off the East Coast of Kamchatka, Russia at a depth of 32.9 km (20.4 miles), the quake hit at 12:21:52 UTC Tuesday 4th October 2011.The epicenter was 235 km ( 146 miles) Southeast of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy, Russia
