A magnitude 4.3 earthquake has struck the Solomon Islands at a depth of 85.5 km (53.1 miles), the quake hit at 15:02:35 UTC Wednesday 5th October 2011.The epicenter was 88 km ( 54 miles) Northwest of Gizo, New Georgia Islands, Solomon Islands
