6.9 Magnitude Earthquake SIKKIM, INDIA - 18th Sept 2011

A magnitude 6.9 earthquake has struck Sikkim, India at a depth of 19.7 km (12.2 miles), the quake hit at 12:40:47 UTC Sunday 18th September 2011.
The epicenter was 68 km (42 miles) Northwest of Gangtok, Sikkim, India
No reports of Damage or Injuries at this time. More to follow..

UPDATE: USGS has upgraded this earthquake to a 6.9 Magnitude. There have been unconfirmed reports of 6 casualties and buildings being damaged.

Update:
Regional TV station NewsLive reported that some buildings collapsed in Sikkim's state capital of Gangtok.

It said several people were rushed to hospitals but gave no further details. Calls to city officials, police and hospitals didn't go through.
