A magnitude 5.3 earthquake has struck off the West Coast of Northern Sumatra, Indonesia at a depth of 35.1 km ( 21.8 miles), the quake hit at 08:18:15 UTC Sunday 21st August 2011.
The epicenter was 100 km (62 miles) SSW of Banda Aceh, Sumatra Indonesia
No Tsunami Warning Issued - No Reports of Damage or Injuries at this time.
