5.1 Magnitude Earthquake OFF THE EAST COAST OF HONSHU, JAPAN - 30th August 2011

A magnitude 5.1 earthquake has struck off the East Coast of Honshu, Japan at a depth of 10 km (6.2 miles), the quake hit at 09:06:58 UTC Tuesday 30 th August 2011.
The epicenter was 175 km ( 109 miles) ESE of Hachinohe, Honshu, Japan
No Tsunami Warning Issued - No reports of Damage or Injuries at this time
