A magnitude 5.9 earthquake has struck near the East Coast of Honshu, Japan at a depth of 18.2 km (11 miles), the quake hit at 15:15:01 UTC Wednesday 6th July 2011.The epicenter was 103 km (64 miles) South East Iwaki, Honshu, Japan
No tsunami watch, warning or advisory is in effect. No reports of Damage as yet.
