This is all Barack and the Democrats fault! A natural Disaster, just like Katrina was the fault of Bush and the Republicans. Another reason to get rid of both parties and bring in new. Guess what Dem's, you can't say Katrina was Bush's fault and not claim the rivers flooding and breaking levee's!!!

Another thought, we can break the levees opposite in Iowa and the water will flow to the East, away from the West if really a threat.
