Police say they found out about the home surgery after a 19-year-old went to Grand Strand Regional Hospital in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
She was bleeding from several cuts, and vomiting and feeling dizzy.
The unnamed girl was brought in her mother.
Police officers interviewed the girl, who was said to be too unwell to write out a police report, at the hospital.
She told them that on Thursday, June 16, she was picked up from the Myrtle Beach Mall by two people driving an older Ford Explorer.
She had previously made contact with them on the internet, wmbfnews.com reports.
She was driven to an apartment block, where she paid $1,500 to one of the women who called herself the doctor.
The teen was given several pills that left her unconscious while the procedure was performed in a back bedroom in the condo.
The suspects are Adriana Neibles, 41, Miguel Orozco, 31, both of Bogota, Colombia, and 54-year-old Nubia Trujillo. Read More
